This spacious Spanish vacation villa on the Costa Del Sol (Sayalonga) is the perfect place for a sun vacation near Malaga (50 km to the airport). The vacation villa is located in a quiet location on a hill in Spain with views of the sea and the mountains.

Located near the village of Sayalonga, Villa Perla Blanca is ideal for families/groups of friends and couples who want to spend a relaxing vacation in a comfortable house with beautiful sea views. 7 km from the cozy Spanish beaches of Torre de Mar, Caléta de Velez and Algarobbo Costa.

This property in southern Spain has a living area of 185 m² with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The vacation home is divided as follows:

Storeroom with second refrigerator and second freezer, as well as a washing machine
Separate toilet in the entrance area
Dining room for 8 people
Open living room with flat screen TV and fireplace
Bedroom 1 with double bed and private bathroom with shower and toilet

The villa is located on a plot of more than 3,000m² with a large sunny terrace of +/- 250m² and attached infinity pool. There is parking for 2 to 3 cars.

On the large sun terrace you can enjoy the Spanish sun all day long and have a breathtaking view of the sea, the mountains and the pool from the available lounge seats. Barbecue is also among the options.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout and the entire building is air-conditioned. The flat-screen TV has a DVD connection and Canal + with many Dutch-language channels is available. Vacation in Spain as if you were at home!

Good access to the coast and the airport and to the 3 natural parks nearby. A golf course is also located 13 km away.

The property is recognized by the JUNTA DE ANDALUCIA as CASA RURAL and meets the strict requirements in terms of comfort and safety features.

The various Spanish white villages in the region are really worth a visit (Competa, Frigiliana, etc.). A trip to Málaga with its Picasso Museum or the world famous Alhambra in Granada are also highly recommended.

Also an ideal starting point for visits to Nerja, Gibraltar, Seville, Córdoba, Granada, Torcal, Mijas, Ronda, etc. There are also several travel guides about Andalusia available.
